Tiny Baby Goes Home

Time and time again, we are reminded that babies are being murdered by abortion, even after they are old enough to live if born prematurely. A baby in Wales who was born at 23 weeks and two days has been able to go home after 18 months in hospital.

Baby Robyn was Wales’ smallest baby when she was born at Grange Hospital in Cwmbran, arriving five months early and weighing just 11oz – small enough to fit in the palm of a hand.

While Robyn is still being monitored around the clock, fed oxygen and nutrition through tubes and taking 30 doses of medication a day, her family are glad she is finally home.

Her mum, Chantelle, said: “When Robyn was born, we weren’t sure if she was going to make it. As time went on she was getting bigger and stronger, but there was still a lot of problems that she was having”.

Dad Daniel shared: “We know with Robyn nothing is impossible because she’s been told so many times she isn’t gonna do this and she won’t survive this and she does.”

They explained: “There have been endless times we’ve had to disagree with medical professionals and experts who have tried to tell us Robyn would never make it this far.”

Chantelle added: “It’s like a dream come true to have Robyn home”.
