We are horrified and saddened to learn that a number of young children are now confirmed among the 115 (and rising) dead in the terrorist attack on the Crocus Theatre in Moscow last night.
We send our deepest sympathies to the families of all the victims, and indeed to the Russian people as a whole. Those who weaponised Islamist extremism to create a force they could unleash for their own ends have a great deal of innocent blood on their hands. Lord, have mercy!
